Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Intimate apparel (Balconette Bras and Bikini Briefs) unless defective or incorrect
- Swimwear without the hygiene liner intact
These items are clearly marked in our product descriptions.

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges
