Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (Balconette Bras and Bikini Briefs) unless the item is defective or incorrect. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact for returns to be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our fashion-loving team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return with the original packaging and include the order slip.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preferences in your email. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (like receiving a Blazer when you ordered a 2 Piece set), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.

Note: Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Currently, our intimate apparel (Balconette Bras and Bikini Briefs) fall under this category unless defective.
